Spokane Sasser Visit - Very late post

I forgot to post this so it's very late but

Grandma Sasser, GiGi, Brian, Mike, Kristi's family, and our family all met in Spokane for a long weekend over conference weekend.   We had a great time hanging out, visiting a pumpkin patch, going out to dinner at Hohut, and spending time in the pool with the kids.

It was so great to see Craig's mom and grandma since we hadn't seen them since March.

Here are some of the highlights:

Not crafty at all...

I wish I had a crafty bone in my body....I'm very much a math and science girl but I have been trying to branch out a bit and try to be a bit more craftier.

Jackson's Montessori School Field Trip to Scholtz Farm

I was so excited to be able to go with Jackson on his field trip with his montessori class to Scholtz Farm.   We had so much fun seeing the animals, going on the tour, feeding the chickens and picking out a pumpkin.

Jackson makes cookies!

Jackson decided to help mommy make cookies. It was so much fun.  We made one of his favorites...white chocolate cranbery cookies.

Fun trip to the Puyallup Fair

We had so much fun going to the Puyallup Fair this year.   Jackson was way more interested in the animals and especially the rides!  We could totally go broke at the fair each year if we had more than one child!   Jackson was spoiled but it won't always be that way so we thought he might as well have a ton of fun and go on a bunch of rides. We ran into our friends the Gerrys.  Jackson had fun going on rides with Kingston... We finished the night with some yummy funnel cakes...Craig's favorite!

Family Picnic at Great Uncle John's

Every year, the Longmate (my grandfather's side) of the family gets together at Great Uncle John's house.  His house is on the bay in Silverdale.  I have very fond memories of going to Uncle John's picnic every year as a kid.   For as long as I can remember, I don't think I've ever missed a year.

Jackson had a great time playing on the beach and looking for seashells.

The weather was great and we all had a great time visiting with family.

Visit with the Stockdales

Jackson and I had a wonderful visit with the Stockdales back in August!  Jackson had such a great time playing with Bella and Grayson.  It was so nice to relax and just hang out.  Thanks to Dave, Teresa and I got to go out and have dinner and go shopping a couple nights which was super fun!  Next time, hopefully Craig can come too!
